Job summary

Adventureland Park is seeking a Workforce Management Intern to support staffing analysis, reporting, and scheduling optimization. The role focuses on collaborating with departments to forecast staffing needs and implement efficient workforce deployment strategies.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR, business, industrial engineering, or data analytics, with strong Excel/Outlook skills and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a theme park setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in human resources, business, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Workforce planning: collaborate with all departments to assess staffing needs and provide recommendations for optimal deployment.
• Scheduling: execute effective scheduling for all park departments using the WFM tool Quinyx and manage call outs/no-shows.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities for improvement in workforce-related functions using time‑and‑motion studies and demand vs. staffing analysis.
• Other duties in support of leadership as assigned.
