Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA invites motivated students to join as an Employee Support Intern. You will assist with administrative duties across Attractions, Food & Beverage, Games, Guest Experience, Retail, Wardrobe, Park Services, and Safety & Security teams, providing excellent guest service and handling inquiries and attendance records.

Interns gain hands-on experience in staffing, engagement, and scheduling for over 3,500 seasonal team members, with perks including free

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's Degree. All majors encouraged, but Business, Communications, Human Resources or related majors are preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive leadership, motivation, training, supervision, and regular follow up with team members.
• Handle a high volume of in-coming and out-going phone calls.
• Respond to inquiries relating to events, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling for over 3500 seasonal team members.
• Counsel team members on attendance records and apply disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Support coordination of supplemental staffing programs including volunteer programs.
• Update timekeeping records for part-time team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
