Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment is seeking an Operations Intern to support labor management and operations performance projects across U.S. parks.

You will analyze data, assist with program management, and help prepare updates for senior leadership during the busy summer season. The role involves extensive travel to domestic park locations (70–80%) and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and maintain a good academic record.
• Previous work or internship in data analytics or project management is highly desired.
• Hospitality, amusement park, or waterpark experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data to identify trends for labor management.
• Prepare action plans to gain labor efficiencies using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC processes.
• Assist the Director, Workforce Management with overseeing and managing the overall project.
• Prepare project status updates for leadership on a regular cadence.
• Collaborate with park operations teams and leadership at multiple levels.
