Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead the design and delivery of cross-border PSA capabilities, aligning projects, billing, and revenue processes with global finance.

You will act as design authority, translate complex requirements into scalable configurations, and partner with Finance, Operations and Technology to drive initiatives from discovery through stabilization and ongoing support in a matrixed, global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise financial systems or professional services technology.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementations (config, architecture, or consulting).
• Deep knowledge of Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Customer Accounts, Revenue Management, Time Tracking, Expenses, AR, Collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for Workday PSA across Projects, Billing, Contracts, Time Tracking, Revenue, and AR.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, processes, security, and integrations.
• Define architectural standards and guardrails for configuration, business processes, and data governance.
• Partner with Workday Financials and HCM architects to align PSA designs with the broader platform.
• Provide architecture reviews and guidance across concurrent PSA initiatives.
