The role partners with Finance, Operations, Technology and implementation partners to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations, drive roadmap, governance, and adoption, and mentor teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise financial systems or professional services technology.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementation, configuration, architecture, or consulting experience.
• Experience leading global Workday deployments in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and architecture of the Workday PSA platform.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
• Oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, payroll, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
• Define security, governance, and data integrity for PSA data across the enterprise.
