Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise Workday PSA platform. You will translate complex finance needs into scalable configurations across projects, time tracking, billing, revenue, AR, and collections in a global, matrixed environment.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and regional teams to implement major PSA initiatives, drive adoption, and ensure data integrity and security

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Workday PSA/Financials configuration and delivery experience.
• 5+ years in Workday Financials/PSA implementations or consulting.
• Strong architecture skills across projects, billing, revenue and AR.
• Experience with global deployments and multi-entity setups.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday designs.
• Knowledge of governance, controls, data security, and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for Workday PSA from discovery through implementation.
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
• Define security, data governance, and integration patterns.
• Oversee time, billing, revenue recognition, and AR workflows.
• Partner with Finance, Ops, and Tech to align PSA with enterprise needs.
• Guide testing strategy, release management, and adoption decisions.
• Provide mentorship and architecture reviews across initiatives.
