Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead strategy, roadmap, architecture, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise Workday PSA platform. You will translate complex finance and operational requirements into scalable solutions spanning project setup, time and expense capture, and billing.

As both design authority and hands-on technical lead, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and regional teams to drive major PSA initiatives from discovery through

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday PSA and Workday Financials in a complex global environment.
• 7+ years in enterprise financial systems or professional services tech; 5+ years with Workday PSA.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical builds and explain tradeoffs.
• Experience guiding architecture reviews and delivery governance with partners.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for Workday PSA across Projects,Billing, Contracts, Time Tracking, and AR.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and security.
• Define standards and guardrails for configuration, reporting, and data governance.
• Oversee integrations between PSA and CRM, ERP, payroll, and data warehouses.
• Support adoption, training, and change management for new designs.
