Aon Corporation seeks an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead strategy, roadmap, architecture, and evolution of a global PSA platform. You will translate complex finance requirements into scalable Workday configurations and oversee major initiatives from discovery to steady state support.

Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology to align PSA with enterprise platforms, manage security, data governance, and integrations, and drive transformation across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise financial systems or professional services tech.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementation, configuration, architecture, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Projects, Billing, Customer Contracts, AR, and revenue processes.
• Experience designing global scalable PSA solutions across countries and entities.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture across Projects, Project Billing, and Revenue Management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
• Define security designs, data governance, and release management practices.
• Oversee integrations between Workday PSA and ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Tech to drive adoption and delivery.
