Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to design, implement, and evolve our enterprise Workday PSA platform. You will lead the architecture, configuration, and integration efforts across Projects, Billing, Customer Contracts, Time Tracking, Revenue, and AR, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Technology in a global matrixed environment.

The role requires extensive Workday PSA and Financials expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise financial systems or professional services technology.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementation, configuration, architecture, or consulting experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Revenue Management, Time Tracking, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Collections.
• Experience designing scalable global solutions for project-to-cash or order-to-cash processes across multiple countries.
• Strong Workday configuration expertise including business processes, validations, calculations, security, and release management.
• Experience leading testing strategy across unit, end-to-end, integration, regression, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Implement Workday PSA architecture, governance, and lifecycle management aligned with global priorities.
• Serve as enterprise design authority for Workday PSA; lead solution architecture across key modules.
• Lead major PSA initiatives from discovery through deployment and stabilization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, processes, and security.
• Architect end-to-end services processes for project, contract, time, billing, revenue, and receivables.
