Job summary

Aon plc in the United States seeks an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead architecture, strategy, and evolution of our Workday PSA platform, translating complex finance and project requirements into scalable PSA configurations.

As design authority and hands-on technical lead, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and regional teams to deliver major PSA initiatives from discovery through implementation in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday PSA and Financials experience in a global setting.
• Strong architecture and design skills for enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Workday PSA architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Serve as enterprise design authority for Workday PSA across Projects, Billing, Contracts, Time Tracking, and Revenue Management.
• Lead end-to-end PSA initiatives from discovery through implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and regional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Oversee integrations between Workday PSA and adjacent platforms (CRM, ERP, data warehouses, etc.).
