Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to define the strategy, roadmap, and architecture for a global PSA platform. You will translate complex finance and project requirements into scalable Workday configurations, leading design decisions and hands-on implementation from discovery to steady-state support.

The role requires extensive Workday PSA and Financials experience, strong architecture skills, and the ability to operate in a matrixed, global environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting, configuring, and supporting Workday PSA and related Workday Financials capabilities.
• Demonstrated success designing scalable global solutions across countries, currencies, and business models.
• Experience leading architecture and delivery decisions in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture and governance for Workday PSA across Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, and Revenue Management.
• Lead design authority and hands-on technical leadership from discovery through implementation and steady-state support.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, security designs, and integrations.
• Own data integrity, security, and reporting architecture to enable operational and executive decision making.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure PSA designs align with the broader Workday platform.
