Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to design and lead the global PSA strategy, architecture, and evolution of our Workday PSA platform. You will serve as lead designer and hands-on technical lead for projects spanning time and expense capture, billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and regional teams to align PSA capabilities with enterprise goals, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Customer Accounts, Revenue Management, Time Tracking, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Collections.
• Experience designing scalable global PSA solutions across multi-country entities.
• Strong Workday configuration expertise: business processes, validations, reporting, security, release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design authority for Workday PSA architecture and oversee major PSA initiatives.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
• Architect and oversee integrations between Workday PSA and CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and other systems.
• Define standards, guardrails, and data governance for PSA configuration and reporting.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership from discovery through implementation and stabilization.
