Aon is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of our Workday PSA platform. You will translate complex finance and operations requirements into scalable configurations for Projects, Billing, AR, Revenue, and time/expense capture, in a global matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting Workday PSA and related Workday Financials in a complex global environment.
• 7+ years in enterprise financial systems or professional services tech, 5+ years Workday Financials/PSA implementation or design.
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Customer Accounts, Revenue Management, Time Tracking, Expenses, AR, Collections.

Responsabilités

• Lead design authority for Workday PSA across Projects, Billing, Contracts, Time Tracking, Revenue, and AR.
• Architect end-to-end professional services processes for project, contract, and worktag setup; time/expense capture; billing and revenue schedules.
• Oversee integrations between Workday PSA and ERP, CRM, CLM, data warehouses, and other enterprise apps.
• Define standards for configuration, security designs, processes, and data governance; ensure data integrity.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Tech to align PSA with global priorities and platform strategy.
