Aon Corporation seeks an experienced Workday PSA Architect to design and lead the enterprise PSA platform strategy across global finance, project delivery, and operational priorities.

The role is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring deep expertise in Workday PSA, Projects, Billing, Revenue Management, and related processes, driving architecture standards and data governance in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise financial systems or professional services technology, including Workday Financials and PSA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the vision, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of Workday PSA, aligning capabilities with global finance and project delivery.
• Serve as the enterprise design authority for Workday PSA and lead solution architecture across Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, and related areas.
• Lead technical solutioning for major PSA initiatives from discovery through configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to steady-state support.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, processes, security designs, integrations, and operating procedures.
• Architect end-to-end professional services processes for project, contract, customer, and worktag setup, time capture, billing, and revenue recognition.
