Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of our enterprise Workday PSA platform. You will translate finance and operations requirements into scalable solutions covering project setup, time/expense capture, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementation, configuration, or architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Customer Accounts, Revenue Management, Time Tracking, Expenses, Accounts Receivable and Collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Workday PSA across Projects, Billing, Customer Contracts, Time Tracking, and Revenue Management.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations and operating procedures.
• Oversee integrations between Workday PSA and ERP, CRM, tax, and data warehouse platforms.
• Ensure data integrity, security design, and governance across PSA domains.
• Guide delivery governance, testing, and transition to steady state support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Tech, and regional teams in a global matrixed environment.
