Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to drive the strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise Workday PSA platform. You will translate complex finance and operational requirements into scalable solutions across timekeeping, billing, revenue, and collections in a global, matrixed environment.

The role demands hands-on leadership, design authority, and the ability to partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and regional teams to deliver major PSA

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise financial systems or professional services technology.
• 5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementation, configuration, architecture, or consulting.
• Global, matrixed environment experience with complex processes.
• Strong Workday configuration, security, reporting, and release management.
• Bachelor's degree; certifications in Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the vision, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of Workday PSA.
• Serve as enterprise design authority for Workday PSA across modules.
• Lead solution architecture from discovery through deployment and support.
• Translate business requirements into configurations, processes, security, and integrations.
• Oversee end-to-end PSA processes including time, billing, revenue, and receivables.
• Oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, payroll, and data warehouses.
