Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of the Workday PSA platform. You will translate complex finance and operations requirements into scalable configurations across projects, contracts, time tracking, billing, and revenue management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years with enterprise financial systems or professional services tech.
• 5+ years Workday Financials/PSA implementation, configuration, architecture, or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Projects, Billing, Customer Contracts, AR, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSA initiatives from discovery to implementation and stabilization.
• Define architectural standards and guardrails for Workday PSA configurations and integrations.
• Oversee data integrity, security design, and reporting across PSA modules.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to align PSA with broader Workday platform and enterprise goals.
