Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio & Projects. Own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with the HCM Manager to translate decisions into reliable Workday configurations and ongoing improvements.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of Workday administration, solid reporting skills, and experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs. Workday HCM certification is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Studio and integration development experience.
• Ability to learn and administer the Projects module within Finance SKU.
• Experience with system integrations and API management.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including EIBs and Core Connectors.
• Build and maintain Workday Studio integrations; troubleshoot with vendors.
• Lead administrator for the Workday Projects module (Finance SKU) configuration and reporting.
• Make recommendations about additional Workday SKUs or Projects features.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training within the area.
