Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp is hiring a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio & Projects. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with the HCM Manager to keep the Workday environment reliable and compliant.

We seek candidates with 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, HCM certification, and strong data/migration and reporting skills. This is a remote, US-based role with 6‑month contract duration and potential conversion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday HCM certification and ability to build reports across modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Able to operate within an established architecture/governance framework.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes, rules, and notifications within standards.
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
• Create reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for operations.
• Audit data and reconcile across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads and mass updates following standards.
• Monitor releases, perform impact analysis, and coordinate UAT.
• Provide first-line support and end-user training.
• -own incidents and service requests end-to-end; triage by impact.
• Support audit requests related to Workday configuration and data.
