Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Workday Administrator to focus on Integrations, Studio, and Projects. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with HCM leadership to translate decisions into reliable configuration and audit-ready processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration, HCM certification, and strong reporting skills. This is a remote, contract position with a 6-month duration and potential conversion to direct

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
Workday certification in HCM.
Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Build and configure Business Processes, condition rules, and notifications within the architectural standards.
Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
Build and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for day-to-day needs.
Perform data audits and reconcile data quality issues across Workday and connected systems.
Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates per standards.
Monitor Workday releases, perform impact analysis and testing, coordinate UAT.
Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
