Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to focus on Integrations, Studio & Projects. Own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module.

Partner with other Workday Admins and the HCM Manager to translate decisions into reliable Workday configuration. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, a Workday HCM certification, and strong reporting skills. This is a remote, US-based 1099 contract with a 6-month duration and potential conversion to direct

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to execute effectively within an established architecture/governance framework, and escalate appropriately to the HCM Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Build and configure Workday Business Processes and security.
• Administer Workday security changes; perform access reviews.
• Build and maintain standard and custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates.
• Monitor Workday releases; perform impact analysis and UAT.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
• Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests end-to-end.
• Support audit requests related to Workday configuration.
