Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and Projects. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with the HCM Manager to translate architectural decisions into reliable Workday configurations.

The role requires proactive data quality improvement, governance adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to keep the Workday environment audit-ready and continually enhanced.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and integration development (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services).
• Ability and willingness to learn and administer the Projects module within the Finance SKU.
• Experience with system integrations and API management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to execute effectively within an established architecture/governance framework, and elevate appropriately to the HCM Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Workday Business Processes and notifications.
• Manage Workday security changes and conduct access reviews.
• Build and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards.
• Perform data audits and reconcile data across systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass updates.
• Monitor Workday releases and conduct impact analysis and testing.
• Provide end-user training and issue resolution for Workday users.
• Triage incidents and service requests; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support audits related to Workday configuration and HR data.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on integration troubleshooting.
