Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to manage integrations, Studio projects, and the Projects module. The role partners with the HCM Manager to translate architectural decisions into reliable Workday configuration, ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on Workday experience, HCM certification, and strong reporting skills. This remote, U.S.-based position reports to the HCM Manager and offers a hybrid of work

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure BP across modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes (BPs), rules, and notifications within standards.
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
• Develop reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for daily needs.
• Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
