Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday Administrator to maintain and enhance our Workday platform, ensuring accurate data, secure configurations, and efficient HR workflows. The role entails handling projects, reports, and user training to support employees and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years in HR/HRIS, strong Workday expertise, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, with ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources or HR systems.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Workday HR modules and configurations to support business needs.
• Develop and test annual Workday projects (objective setting, reviews, open enrollment).
• Create and audit HR data, build reports and dashboards for analytics.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leaders to design effective Workday solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on Workday usage and changes.
• Coordinate security configurations and integrations with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects with timelines and stakeholders.
