Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to maintain and enhance the Workday platform across HR functions. You will configure processes, security, and integrations, develop reports, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

The role partners with HRBPs and leaders to deliver effective HR systems solutions and training across the organization, including compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years HR experience, with Workday preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong data integrity, confidentiality, and data reporting skills.
