Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliant processes. This role partners with HR leaders and SMEs to implement new functionality and drive efficiency across the HRIS landscape.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR, strong Workday expertise, and a proven track record of leading end-to-end HRIS projects, including testing and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Prior Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Workday platform with configurations, security, and integrations.
• Lead HRIS projects, testing, and training; manage open enrollment and performance processes.
• Analyze data, develop custom reports and dashboards for meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to design and deliver Workday functionality.
• Provide coaching and training to staff on Workday use and best practices.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity across the HRIS landscape.
