Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS administrator to maintain and optimize Workday modules across the HR function. You will ensure data integrity, security, and efficient workflows while partnering with HR teams and IT to meet organizational needs.

The role requires strong HRIS knowledge, project leadership, and ability to manage complex HR data and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years HR/workday experience are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of human resources experience required.
• Prior Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and delivering HRIS projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HR Workday modules and configurations.
• Plan and execute annual Workday projects: reviews, 9-box, enrollment, etc.
• Analyze data for accuracy, compliance and reporting; create scheduled reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, SMEs, and leaders to design and implement Workday functionality.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and admins; support change management.
