Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a skilled HRIS/Workday Analyst to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and streamlined HR processes. You will configure workflows, run annual projects, and provide training to staff while collaborating with HR partners and leadership.

The role requires strong HR experience, adherence to HIPAA and privacy guidelines, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be limited.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources required.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support required.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish required.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Workday team, manage and maintain HRs existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules to address future needs.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including but not limited to, objective setting, mid- year and annual review processes.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide meaningful data analysis.
• Maintain custom reports scheduled for automatic delivery.
• Import large scale data changes from spreadsheets or other applications to the HR system.
• Review and process various Workday HR Administrator tasks, including final approval on hires; job, data and location changes; manage delegation changes, cancel/rescind tasks; security changes, etc.
