Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Administrator to join our team in the United States. You will manage Workday modules, maintain data integrity, and support HR operations across the organization while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, security roles, reporting, and leading annual release cycles. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HR/workday experience are required, with ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience required, including Workday knowledge and hands-on functionality.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred focus: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRs existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including objective setting and review processes.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide meaningful data analysis and ensure data integrity.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and support staff.
• Ensure compliance and participate in Workday release cycles.
