Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced Workday HR Administrator to maintain and enhance HR Workday modules, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient workflows across the organization. This role partners with HR leaders and IT to implement changes and deliver analytics.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR and strong Workday experience, with a focus on data accuracy, reporting, and end-user training.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support.
Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred area of focus: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HR's Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules.
Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks.
Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and legal compliance.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide meaningful data analysis.
Maintain reports scheduled for automatic delivery.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure Workday functionality meets evolving needs.
Provide leadership, coaching and training support to staff with Workday responsibilities.
