Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS/Workday administration and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of HR workflows, security, and data integrity.
• Experience leading projects and providing user training and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Workday HR modules, security roles, and integrations.
• Plan and execute annual Workday projects and tasks (open enrollment, annual reviews, etc.).
• Analyze data accuracy, develop custom reports and dashboards, and ensure reporting integrity.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leadership to design and deliver Workday functionality.
• Provide coaching and training to staff using Workday across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and internal standards.
