Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking an experienced HRIS Professional to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, secure configurations, and efficient HR processes. You will design reports, support annual cycles, and collaborate with HR and IT partners to meet evolving business needs.

The role requires strong HR systems knowledge, 4+ years of experience, and preferred Workday expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources required.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support required.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Workday modules and security roles to address future needs.
• Prepare, test, and execute annual Workday projects and tasks (objective setting, reviews, etc.).
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for meaningful HR data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and IT to meet evolving business needs.
