Workday HRIS Lead - HR Systems & Data Integrity

Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to maintain Workday modules, configure security, and support annual HR processes. This role requires strong data integrity and collaboration with HRBPs and IT.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in HRIS, Workday experience, and a track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects. Travel and confidentiality are inherent to the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources required.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support required.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish required.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Workday team, manage and maintain HRs existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules to address future needs.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including objective setting, mid-year and annual review processes.
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data, ensuring data accuracy and legal compliance; develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and end users training sessions as necessary.
