Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday Administrator to maintain and enhance our Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliant HR processes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Human Resources, strong Workday functional knowledge, and proven project leadership, with the ability to collaborate with HR partners and IT on implementations and reporting.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform with efficient workflows and compliance.
• Configure security roles, integrations, and business processes as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks including open enrollment.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision making.
• Collaborate with HR partners and IT to meet evolving business needs.
