Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans seeks a skilled Workday HR Administrator to maintain HRIS workflows, security, and reporting. You will configure business processes, manage modules, and support annual cycles such as performance reviews and open enrollment.

Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to deliver data-driven insights, ensure confidentiality, provide training, and lead HRIS projects with vendors. Travel ~5% and a bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with relevant HRIS experience.
• Experience with Workday HRIS implementation, administration, configuration, testing, and reporting preferred.
• Strong data integrity, security, and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Workday HRIS modules, configs, security roles and integrations.
• Lead and test annual Workday projects (e.g., reviews, open enrollment, 9-boxing).
• Develop and audit custom HR reports and dashboards for meaningful analysis.
