Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a seasoned Workday Administrator to maintain and enhance our HRIS environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient HR workflows. You will configure business processes, security roles, and integrations while supporting annual HR projects and reporting needs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in HR with strong Workday experience, capable of leading projects from start to finish and collaborating with HR partners and leaders to meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources required.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support required.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish required.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Workday team, manage and maintain HRs existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules to address future needs.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including objective setting and performance review processes.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide meaningful data analysis.
• Maintain and schedule custom reports for automatic delivery.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, SMEs, and business leaders to ensure Workday functionality meets evolving needs.
