PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to maintain and enhance our Workday platform, ensuring accurate data, secure configurations, and compliant processes. You will design, implement, test, and optimize HR workflows, reports, and integrations to meet employee and leadership needs.

The role requires strong HR experience, Workday expertise, and ability to lead projects end-to-end. Collaboration with HR partners and IT is essential to deliver reliable HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading HRIS projects and implementing new functionality.
• Ability to manage multiple HRIS projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Workday modules and stay current on new functionality.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for meaningful data analyses.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure regulatory compliance across HRIS.
