Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday Administrator to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliant workflows across HR processes. You will support HR operations, reporting, and data governance in a confidential environment.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, IT, and external vendors to implement changes, train end-users, and deliver timely dashboards and analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in HR systems with implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, or support.
• Prior Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows and system dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Workday HR modules; configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects (objective setting, reviews, 9-boxing, etc.).
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data; develop custom reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity and compliance.
