Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Administrator to maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring efficient workflows, data integrity, and organizational compliance. This role partners with HR, IT and leadership to configure processes, security, and integrations; build reports and dashboards; and support end users in using Workday effectively across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong HR experience and hands-on Workday knowledge.
• Ability to configure business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Experience building custom reports and data analytics within HRIS.
• Commitment to data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Workday team, manage and maintain HRs existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules to address future needs.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including objective setting, reviews, and 9-boxing.
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data, develop custom reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of HR areas to design Workday functionality meeting evolving business needs.
• Provide training support to staff and end-users on Workday processes and updates.
• Review and process HR Administrator tasks such as hires, job changes, security changes, and system testing.
• Research and troubleshoot non-routine HR system issues and coordinate with vendors as required.
• Prepare for Workday release cycles, test changes, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple HRIS projects, liaise between HR, IT, vendors, and leaders; oversee federal/state reporting.
