Harris is seeking a Human Capital Systems Manager to lead the Workday and HRIS landscape, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and employee data stay accurate. You will guide a four-person team, partner with HR, Payroll, and Technology, and translate improvements into practical changes.

You will ensure system stability, data quality, and timely execution of lifecycle processes while supporting testing, rollout, and maintenance of optimizations across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in a Human Capital Systems or HRIS role.
• Hands-on Workday experience and knowledge of HRIS platforms and integrated systems.
• Experience managing daily HRIS support and collaborating with HR, Payroll, Tech, and process teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily Workday operations and HRIS support, including employee changes and offboarding.
• Coordinate daily requests, set priorities, monitor progress, and escalate issues affecting payroll or operations.
• Manage configuration, security, reporting, and data quality with tested process changes.
• Lead testing, rollout, and ongoing support for system improvements with Operations and Tech teams.
• Provide leadership to four direct reports and develop team capabilities.
