Job summary

Harris in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Human Capital Systems Manager to keep Workday and related HRIS processes running smoothly while enabling employees and People Leaders to get what they need.

You will lead a four-person HCMS team, coordinate across Human Capital, Payroll, and Technology, and drive testing, rollout, and ongoing support to turn improvements into practical solutions for daily operations. The role requires 6+ years in HCMS/HRIS and hands-on Workday expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Human Capital Systems/HRIS roles with hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, data integration, and process impact.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications preferred (PMP, SHRM, SPHR, Prosci).

Responsibilities

• Own daily HCMS operations and Workday support.
• Coordinate daily HRIS requests, maintain data accuracy and security.
• Lead and develop a team of four, with clear responsibilities.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology to implement improvements.
• Test, rollout, and maintain updated processes with documentation.
