Harris is seeking a Senior Human Capital Systems Manager to lead and optimize Workday and related HRIS platforms. You’ll manage daily operations, ensure data quality, and partner with HR, Payroll, and Technology to deliver reliable employee lifecycle processes.

You’ll lead a four‑person HCMS team, drive testing, rollout, and ongoing support, and translate improvements into practical solutions that simplify work for employees and People Leaders across the business.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in a Human Capital Systems, HRIS Analyst, or HRIS Administrator capacity.
• Hands-on Workday experience and strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and connected systems.
• Experience managing daily HRIS support and partnering with Human Capital, Payroll, Technology, and process improvement colleagues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions and formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Organized, self directed approach with a track record of taking ownership and following work through to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• PMP, SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, SPHR, or Prosci Change Management certification is preferred.
