• Own daily HCMS operations, system stability, and data quality.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the HCMS team of four direct reports.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Technology, and Operations on priorities.
• Test, document, and implement operational changes consistently.
• Support testing and rollout of system optimizations and new functionality.
