Harris Companies, inc seeks a Human Capital Systems Manager to lead the HRIS/Workday operations, ensuring data accuracy and smooth daily processes across Human Capital, Payroll, and Technology. You will guide a four-person HCMS team, prioritize work, and drive improvements from testing to rollout.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, strong system knowledge, excellent communication, and a track record of ownership.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in a Human Capital Systems, HRIS Analyst, or HRIS Administrator capacity.
• Hands-on Workday experience and strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and connected systems.
• Experience managing daily HRIS support and partnering with Human Capital, Payroll, Technology, and process improvement colleagues.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions and formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Organized, self directed approach with a track record of taking ownership and following work through to completion.
• Bachelors degree preferred in HR Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• PMP, SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, SPHR, or Prosci Change Management certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily HCMS operations
• Be accountable for daily support, system stability, data quality, and consistent execution of employee lifecycle processes
• Provide hands-on guidance and people leadership so the team can resolve issues, meet operational needs, and maintain clear documentation
• Coordinate with business partners to understand priorities and address downstream impacts
