Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans seeks an experienced HRIS/Workday Administrator to maintain, configure, and optimize Workday modules. You’ll lead annual projects, ensure data integrity, and produce reports for HR partners and leadership.

The role requires a minimum of four years in HR systems and a BA or higher in a related field. Strong communication and project coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR systems and administration.
• Experience implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting HR systems.
• Workday experience strongly preferred; bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Workday modules; update processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Plan and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including performance reviews and open enrollment.
• Analyze data, audits, and reporting; develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and leaders to design Workday solutions.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to staff on Workday usage.
• Configure system settings, security, and integrations; ensure compliance.
