Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to maintain and optimize Workday, ensuring data integrity, compliant processes and easy-to-use HR systems. You will partner with HR leaders to implement functionality, design reports, and support system upgrades.

Minimum 4 years in HRIS with Workday experience is preferred; Bachelor’s degree required. The role includes leading HRIS projects and training staff while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRIS experience with implementation, administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Workday modules, configure workflows, security roles and integrations.
• Lead annual projects: goal setting, reviews, 9-boxing, bonuses and merit processes.
• Audit data for accuracy and compliance; develop reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR partners to tailor Workday functionality to business needs.
• Provide training and guidance to staff using Workday systems.
