Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR systems-related work.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading HRIS projects from start to finish.
• Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR Workday modules and stay current on functionality.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks.
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for meaningful data insights.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and super-users.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and external vendors on HRIS projects.
