Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday Administrator to manage and optimize our HR system landscape. You will configure processes, security, and integrations, build reports, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

You will coach staff across the organization on Workday usage and partner with HR leaders to deliver scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have a minimum of four years in HR, are proficient with Workday, and hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; alternative with associate degree and relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR Workday modules and stay current on new functionality.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for data analysis.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure legal compliance in HR systems.
• Provide leadership, coaching and training on Workday usage.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to meet evolving needs.
