PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to maintain and optimize our Workday HR modules, ensure data integrity, and support annual HR processes. The role requires strong HRIS knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and collaboration with HR partners and IT.

Candidates should have 4+ years HR system experience and a Bachelor's degree. Experience with Workday is strongly preferred. The role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and secure system configurations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years HR system experience, including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Prior Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple HRIS projects end-to-end and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance Workday modules and security; address future needs.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test, and execute HR projects including annual processes and open enrollment.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for HR data analysis and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and partner with HRBPs and IT.
