Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to maintain and enhance our Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient HR processes.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and IT, configure workflows, develop reports, and lead annual Workday releases. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in HR, with Workday experience preferred, are required. This role requires some travel and a strong commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Human Resources required.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support required.
• Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and executing projects from start to finish required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Candidates with an associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, in addition to the required minimum years of Work Experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR’s existing Workday modules and stay current on new functionality and modules to address future needs.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks, including objective setting and review processes.
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for data analysis and automatic delivery.
• Maintain system knowledge and provide training and support to end users.
